Working on the offer for your property
Property value: Once we get your info, we’ll do some research on your property to learn its value. Recently sold and for sale houses in the area will determine your houses after repair value. Main comparison features are number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, lot size, structure type, year built and many others.
Repair estimate: After visiting the house or from your description, we’ll calculate repair costs. Repairs might be significant such as roof, air conditioning, foundation or minor such as painting, drywalls, flooring. We never ask you to do repairs before closing. Knowing the repairs costs is one of the key components to determine our final offer.
Written offer on the contract. Offer price is not the only term on the contract. We work other terms like escrow deposit amount, closing date, post occupancy, property tax and liens payoff into the contract. So the seller won’t have to deal with these problems. You can accept the terms or negotiate with us.
